400g asparagus
2-3 cloves garlic
50g ginger
50g Lurpak®
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce

Clean the asparagus by cutting 3cm off the ends.
Cut the garlic into fine, thin slices.
Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices and then into thin strips.
Brown the butter in a wok with the garlic and ginger, when the garlic is golden, add the asparagus and fry it for 1 minute, add the oyster sauce and soya, toss it well together.
Serve the asparagus with the sauce on a little dish or plate.
