Honey Granola

500g coarse oats, 3-4 kinds

75g almonds

75g hazelnuts

75g sunflower seeds

75 pumpkin seeds

Wet ingredients:

100g Lurpak®

200ml honey

35g cane sugar

100ml water

Honey Granola

Preparation

Put all the wet ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, pour the wet ingredients over and stir well.

Divide the granola between 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C for approx. 1 hour. Stir the granola carefully with a carving fork and bake for another hour at 100°C. Switch off the oven and let it dry in the heat and then let the granola cool. 

Store your granola in an airtight container and keep it in a dry place.

Shelf life about 2 months.
