For the crust:
1 large onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp capers, chopped

4 x 200g skinless cod fillets
For the sauce:
300ml fish stock
50g cold Lurpak® Unsalted Butter, cubed
10g flat leaf parsley, chopped
Freshly ground black pepper
Lemon juice to taste
