- 30g Lurpak® Slightly Salted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced
- 300g broccoli, cut into small florets
- 8 medium eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped (optional)
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
