A TASTE OF ISRAEL

SHARE YOUR TRADITION

Every now and then, there comes a dish that just shouldn’t be served up plate by plate. A dish that just cries out for that ‘elbows out, everyone dig in’ attitude. And, there’s nothing that makes food lovers want to dive in more than a fiery Israeli shakshuka. A true one-pan wonder, it’s where bubbling juicy tomatoes meet bright, ready-to-dip yolks. Just one smell of this rich and peppery dish and you’re standing among the wares of the Shuk, senses bombarded by a heady mix of spices. It’s time to roll up your sleeves.

TRY SHAKSHUKA

Sometimes, big flavours really do come in small packages. Who would have though that something as tiny as an Israeli boureka could pack such a punch? Traditionally filled with spinach, feta and often a little ricotta, these bitesize, flaky parcels leave your taste buds crying out for more with every bite. Rich, creamy and incredibly moreish, you’ll never see locals eat just one. Best make sure you bake enough to go around.
